Tribute Cards
Sending a Tribute card is an excellent way to honour or memorialize someone special or to mark a momentous occasion. For a minimum contribution of $10.00, the Foundation will send a beautiful personalized tribute card, which acknowledges your donation in honour of the recipient. Your contribution will be added to the fund of your choice, helping the fund to grow. A charitable receipt will be issued for all donations.
