Grantee Profile Form

In order to receive the a grant from the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto, we require information and documentation from your organization.

1. Download and complete the Receipt of Funds Form and upload below.
2. Once the Receipt of Funds Form has been completed and uploaded, please complete the online form with your organization’s details.
3. If your organization has provided the EFT information previously and there are no changes to the banking information, please complete the Receipt of Funds Form and profile information only.
