Diane Everett, Vice President, Planning Services, PPI Advisory, provides legal and tax support to PPI Associates, their clients and professional advisors in complex tax, insurance, estate and business succession matters. Her role includes developing educational seminars, presentations and written material for use by Associates, and working with life insurance industry associations. Diane, a member of the British Columbia and Ontario Bars, has also been designated as a Certified Specialist (Taxation Law) by the Law Society of Ontario.
Matthew Getzler is a Partner in Minden Gross LLP’s Tax and Wills and Estates Groups. He has particular expertise in succession and estate planning for family businesses and their related corporate groups, corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions, and tax planning for larger multi-national corporations. Emily Hubling is an Associate with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. Emily assists clients in fulfilling their unique estate-planning and wealth management objectives using Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Domestic Contracts. Emily also has experience advising estate trustees in administering a range of complex estate matters.
