Tribute Cards

Sending a tribute card is an excellent way to honour or memorialize someone special or to mark a momentous occasion.

For a minimum contribution of $10, the Foundation will send a beautiful personalized tribute card. Your contribution can be added to a fund of your choice. A charitable receipt will be issued for all donations.
